X45 - back-office automation that only acts when a person approves

X45 automates routine work in accounting, sales operations, HR and helpdesk, but nothing is written, sent or deleted until a named person approves that specific item. We start with a 4-week pilot so you can check, in a small and stoppable way, whether it fits your work.

What it does (figures as of 2026-11-05, from our own tests and checks)

Lines we hold

• Writes, sends and deletes need per-item approval. By default you first get only a preview of what would change (dry-run).
• The audit log is a hash chain that can detect tampering; it can be exported with a signature and checked with a separate tool on the receiving side.
• Data is separated per company. Secrets live only in a dedicated vault and are kept out of logs and results.
• No legal, tax, labor, medical or investment advice. Calculations are reference values and outputs carry a "please verify" note.

What it does not do, and what is not done yet

• No third-party certification (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc. - not obtained), and no third-party audit or penetration test yet.
• SAML single sign-on is not supported (OIDC only). We have never tested against a real identity provider such as Okta or Entra ID.
• Zero production customers. There are no references or case studies to show.
• One trial-grade server, no redundancy, no RTO/RPO set. The trial environment app.quickreachhq.com is public over HTTPS but has no production track record and no third-party security assessment. Company sign-up needs a confirmation code that the operator reads out to you.
• No 24-hour monitoring or on-call. One operator; response times cannot be promised.
• Load figures are reference values from one local machine only; long runs and failure behavior are unmeasured.
• Outbound connections to external services are disabled by default. We cannot produce the real data that lives behind a keyed third-party service (we offer built-in apps instead).
• No accounting, tax, labor or legal judgment. Physical work and face-to-face decisions are out of scope. It does not do every kind of work; the scope is what the table above shows.
